2021 Conference Ticket Refunds

Please complete the form below if you would like the tickets you purchased for the 2021 conference refunded. If you do not complete the form, your ticket/s will be automatically transferred to the 2022 conference, guaranteeing you 2021 prices. 

Please only complete this form if you purchased the ticket/s. If someone else purchased ticket/s on your behalf, please contact that person and ask them to submit a refund request.
